We have no control over EU visitors recordings because we use free plan and the option is disabled by default which means that the recording is not possible.

The dashboard will only display the country name and no other information will be provided in smartlook dashboard.

We use Hotjar for heatmaps and we are not recording visitors recordings with hotjar.
